-Dislike of design or style
-Ordering the wrong size or variant by mistake (So please read the item description carefully before placing your order.)
Returns and refunds are only applicable if:
-You received a defective or damaged product
-You received the wrong item (different from your original order)
Important Return Conditions:
-You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
-Clear photo or video proof of the issue is required
-The item must be unused and in its original packaging
–Partial returns are not accepted – the entire product/package must be returned
–Fraudulent return claims will not be eligible for any refund or replacement
Once the return is verified and the complete package is received, we will process a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
